Terms & Shipping

I aim to get all 'In Stock' items shipped out in 2 - 3 working days.

Any 'Pre-Order' items may take upto two weeks, this is to allow time to order the raw materials and fabricate the product.

Please contact me if you need an 'out of Stock' item sooner and I will do everything I can to facilitate your needs. 

​

Items are usually sent with 1st class post.

When the value of an order is over £200 or at the buyer requests, items will be sent with tracked shipping at no extra cost.

All items are handmade, making them unique, so there may be slight differences in the pictured products. 

​

Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase.

Rings can be resized or exchanged where ever possible, and I will gladly alter any item, such as chain length, when I can.

​

Please note that all earrings that have been tried on are excluded from exchange and return due to UK Health & Safety laws.

​

The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping for any exchanges and returns.

 

Custom orders and commissions are excluded from return and exchange unless faulty.

A 50% down payment is usually required for custom orders over £200 to cover the cost of materials.

The remaining 50% is due on completion and the item will be shipped once the payment is received. 

Should the customer fail to pay the remaining sum, the down-payment will not be refunded.
